Roll under the ball of the foot
Roll into the heel of the foot
Roll under the arch of the foot
Make sure to roll on the outside of the foot too
-If standing on your feet is too intense, take a seat and roll -know that you control the intensity in standing or seated by how firm you push into the ball -you can also use a massager to soothe those feet too
Don't forget if you don't have a ball, you can work into the tissues without a ball too, just use your hands
work all the edges of the feet- the inside or middle of the foot, and especially the outside edges too
