Simple foot self massage can improve your step in just a few moments a day. Try out some of these below!
Foot Rolling

Roll under the ball of the foot

Make sure to roll on the outside of the foot too

-If standing on your feet is too intense, take a seat and roll
-know that you control the intensity in standing or seated by how firm you push into the ball
-you can also use a massager to soothe those feet too

Don't forget if you don't have a ball, you can work into the tissues without a ball too, just use your hands

work all the edges of the feet- the inside or middle of the foot, and especially the outside edges too
