Love your Feet -Foot care

1-goats milk foot cream - to moisturize dry feet
2-biofreeze- for sore muscles and post workout feet
3-CBD lotion- for tired feet if I have been on my feet for a long day
4-cute socks to lock in moisture and to keep warm
5-myostorm -massager to work out tensions
6-rawlogy cork ball- for deep massage and tissue rolling
7-heel/callus sander - you could use a pumice stone or nail file too, but I find an electric heel sander really smooths out cracked feet
8-yoga body toe spreaders- the box comes with 2 sizes
 
Below is a visual of how I keep my feet and heels smooth. first I sand, than moisturize and finally put some warm sock on. it is amazing the difference it makes.

There are many ways to take care of your feet, toe spreaders can help you paint your toenails cute, but functionally there is a great benefit for spacing out the toes, it can help with foot pains ankle and knee pain to work with the toes. this particular pair, is flexible and functional and can even be worn in shoes.

Finally make sure to keep your feet warm and dry, and maybe in some cute socks! Sloths make me tickle giggle every time!
